This was a fun ground-up project that began with a great conversation and grew into a strong working relationship with the owner. Because the building was designed as a commercial space, it was important that every detail supported how the space would actually be used day to day. We spent time understanding the vision, the functionality needed, and the long-term goals for the building before the construction even began.

One of the unique aspects of this project was the use of RSG panels for both the interior and exterior walls. This type of mass wall construction creates a solid, durable structure that feels substantial the moment you walk inside. From a building biology perspective, the large eaves were also an important part of the design, helping protect the building from the elements and supporting the long-term health of the structure. The end result is a space that feels grounded, thoughtfully built, and designed to last.
