One of the most rewarding parts of building is helping bring a client’s vision to life. For this project, that meant taking an existing home and reimagining what it could become.

We carefully brought the house down to roughly 60% of its original exterior walls and expanded the footprint to nearly double the original square footage. From there, the home began to take on a completely new life while still honoring parts of the original structure. The entire transformation was completed in just nine months.

Throughout the process, we worked closely with the homeowners and their design team, creating a collaborative rhythm built on communication, trust, and shared expectations. That kind of teamwork makes all the difference on a project like this. In the end, the build moved smoothly, the home came together beautifully, and the relationships we built along the way continue well beyond the completion of the project.
